I know writing about my Anxiety “stuff” has helped me, and I’m very blessed that it helped you.
There was a point in my anxiety/panic journey that I got so tired of being stressed up that I said: “here I am, give it to me”. I was just fed up with the anxiety and panic.
Then I relaxed. Ok, it wasn't that easy but I saw a few counsilors, prayed a lot and worked out my own sort of technic called “thoughtarrest”.
There’s a lot of psychology and “brain-games” behind it and it helped me a lot.
