Only you can speak the words on your lips. Sounds familiar? It’s in a song. My version will be “Only you can write the words in your heart”. This statement is huge! How many of you are there in this world? Wait a minute I’m still counting. Finished. It's one it's only you.

There are about 8 billion people in the world. We are all different, even twins have their differences. Something to remind you is your fingerprints. They use it in court to show that you were on a crime scene.

Most sources agree that the Bible is the best-selling book of all time. It is estimated that about 5 billion copies have been sold and distributed.

The Guinness World Records site ranks the Bible as the best-selling book of all time. It’s strange that many other sites do not mention the Bible at all. Sometimes these sites will mention that it is number one, but then their list starts with another book.

That aside, we can confidently say the Bible is the best book ever. People want it all over the world. …

This fear thing is annoying. It gets in the way of living. So many things to fear so little time to do it.

You see fear as the enemy and want to fight it as hard as you can. So many of us have it hanging over us. Lurking not far away. For some a constant companion, an irritating troublesome enemy.

I’m not an anti goal setter. I set goals all the time, but that is not always what gets me through the grind. I need a daily thing. You can call it habits, ok we all call it habits.

Goals inspire us. They make you feel good about yourself. You do all those nice stuff like visualization meditating on it and so on. For how long?

First forget inspiration. Habit is more dependable. Habit will sustain you whether you’re inspired or not. -Octavia Butler

Atrial Fibrillation, Ectopic heartbeat and other palpitation patients know the feeling

I’ve had open-heart surgery to correct my Tetralogy of Fallot defect. They cut open your chest with a saw. Then they go-ahead to cut and patch your heart so that it works as it should.

The 10 plus cardioversions I had later in life were not bad at all. Time spent in hospital just feels like a waste of time for me. The intensive care units are the worst. Shure, they monitor you the whole time, but those beeping heart monitors are irritating. I know it’s in my best…

How are we going to handle the Righteous One?

If He had no impact on history, it would have been easy. We could have been excused, not thinking about Him. But why is there so much animosity against Him?

Why is His name used as a cuss word? Why do people even think to use His name when trying to make a statement?

If He was nothing, why the hating? If He were inconsequential, why is our calendar based on His birth year? AD = Anno Domini. This means “In the year of our Lord.” We have to deal with Him, the King of kings Jesus Christ.

Time is set to His birth year

AD does…

He made a big difference in the world. From the tip of Africa, and also had an impact on my life

Can someone really make a difference in this world? I don’t mean small stuff, because I believe all of us can. I mean the really big stuff. Helping a person live longer, actually grabbing them from the clutches of death.

Breaking ground so that other people can follow and also save lives. This required courage and determination. Dr. Cristiaan Barnard of South Africa was the first person to do a human heart transplant.

“Thoughts are real, physical things that occupy mental real estate. Moment by moment, every day, you are changing the structure of your brain through your thinking. When we hope, it is an activity of the mind that changes the structure of our brain in a positive and normal direction.”

What's my story?

I was born with a congenital heart defect (CHD) called Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF). They fixed me at age 5, but according to recent studies, the surgical repair should be done between 3 to 11 months.

That means I lived 5 years with a heart that had 4 defects. One of the symptoms is “TET spells”. Blue skin, nails, and lips because of the drop of oxygen after crying or feeding. Also called cyanosis.

Now I’m learning so much more: My understanding is growing

The ideas in my head

I’ve heard it so many times. Worship is not just a song, a tune, a melody.

The idea of worship I had was singing in church. Don’t get me wrong, it is a song in a church, but it is much, much more.

I have struggled to fully understand the meaning of worship. Probably the best place to start is by understanding the word “WORSHIP.”

Origins of the word?

I attempted to put it in my own words, but it would have been an injustice, so here is the exact Wikipedia explanation.

The word is derived from the Old English weorþscipe, meaning to venerate…
